NRL Round 2 Preview - Titans VS Sharks

Gold Coast Titans VS Cronulla Sharks @ Carrara Stadium
Monday, 25th March, 2007

ANALYSIS
Probably the toughest match of the round to pick, as both teams are essentially new and untested outfits.
The Titans were impressive in stages of their debut premiership match, and as they have done throughout the entire trial period, they finished the stronger team. Cronulla were always in control against a disappointing Penrith outfit, with the experience of Kimmorley, Dykes and Thompson keeping the home team in the game.
This match may well depend on the health of one player- Scott Prince. The Titans chief playmaker sprained his ankle last Sunday, and has been unable to train with his foot in a cast all week. If Prince plays than the Titans should grasp their first ever premiership win in front of a packed home crowd.
If Prince misses his first game in three seasons than look to the more experienced Sharks team to jag an away win.
I am going for the Sharks ina close one.
